By submitting a service request, booking an appointment, checking our consent boxes, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the Site or request our services.

Agreeing to these Terms or submitting a service request does not by itself provide SMS consent. SMS consent is a separate, optional choice.

1. Description of Services

Make Pretty HTX provides residential curb address painting, stencil application, number restoration, and related exterior property aesthetic services within designated service routes across the Greater Houston area (specifically Champions, Klein, and surrounding communities).

2. Service Requests, Scheduling, & Access

Service Windows: Due to the mobile nature of our route-based operations, service dates and arrival windows provided through our website or text messages are estimates. Service delivery is subject to traffic conditions, route density, and weather.

Weather Cancellations: Exterior curb painting requires dry conditions and optimal surface temperatures. In the event of rain, severe humidity, or inclement weather, services will be automatically rescheduled to the next available dry route day.

Property & Curbside Access: By submitting an address request, you grant our technicians permission to access the street-facing curb area directly in front of your residential property to perform surface preparation, cleaning, priming, and spray painting. You agree to ensure that vehicles, trash cans, or other obstructions are cleared away from the curb during your scheduled service date.

3. Pricing, Inspection, & Payment Terms

Satisfaction Guarantee ("Pay After Service"): We operate on a customer-first, zero-risk service model. For standard residential curb painting requests, no upfront deposit is required unless specifically agreed upon for custom design work.

Inspection Period: Upon job completion, homeowners are expected to inspect their painted curb digits and design.

Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon completion and in-person inspection of the work, or within 24 hours of receiving a digital completion notice. We accept cash, check, and major digital/card payment platforms as specified on your invoice or completion text.

4. Mobile Messaging & SMS Program Terms (Customer Care)

Make It Pretty Home and Lawn Care (MAKE PRETTY HTX) collects optional consent for customer care and scheduling coordination text messages, specifically acknowledgments of saved requests and booking links for inbound leads. Consent is separate from submitting a service request and is not required to purchase or book. It does not authorize promotional texts.

The current web flow records your preference only and does not send a text.

It does not provide automated appointment reminders, arrival or completion messages, or texted preview images. A saved request or booking-page visit is not a confirmed appointment. Sending will require a separately activated messaging service with working help and withdrawal handling.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Homeowners may cancel or reschedule their service request at any time prior to the commencement of curb surface preparation without incurring cancellation fees. To modify or cancel an appointment, text or call 713-489-9442 with your street address and request.

6. Workmanship & Durability

We utilize commercial-grade, exterior weather-resistant traffic marking paints and reflective glass bead additives designed for concrete curbs. However, longevity may vary depending on tire abrasion, street sweeping equipment, lawn maintenance chemicals, pressure washing, and local drainage conditions. We provide a 90-day touch-up warranty covering premature peeling or flaking from the date of initial application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Make It Pretty Home and Lawn Care (operating as Make Pretty HTX) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, website operation, or communication channels. Our total cumulative liability arising from any completed service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific curb painting service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to our services or website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with the updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
